Shipping

Wheelbarrows are shipped unassembled. Each wheelbarrow is shipped with an owner’s manual (which includes assembly instructions. Estimated assembly time is 5 to 12 minute’s per wheelbarrow.

Return Policy
Cariola will accept returns of wheelbarrows (in new, unused condition, by the original purchaser) for 60 days after date of purchase. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping costs incurred to return wheelbarrows to Cariola are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limited Warranty
Cariola provides wheelbarrow purchasers with a 90 day limited warranty to cover manufacturer defects. In case of manufacturer defect, Cariola will either replace or repair the defective components. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or unintended uses of Cariola Wheelbarrows.

Note: The video shows the Ultimate Wheelbarrow used in extreme conditions. However, this is not considered 'ordinary use' of a wheelbarrow.

More information on the warranty can be found in the owner’s manual – a copy of the owner’s manual is shipped with each wheelbarrow.

Quality Control
Cariola performs a detailed quality control inspection of each wheelbarrow before shipment from the factory. Individual components from each wheelbarrow are inspected and tested.
